Hiring Process Cedcoss Interview Experience
Technical + Aptitude Round (Cedcoss Interview Experience)
So,this is the first round we all gathered in the town hall there we had a PPT the Pre-placement talk and after that they have assigned an assignment to us and that will be the 15 questions and some of them are technical questions and some of them are the question we have to give it in the 15 minute we have given that assignment with our phone and it is a kind of a Google form we have to fill that and then they will shortlist us for the for the round so we have given that test and it was very easy I would say and I have clear that round very easily.
Basic HR Interview (L1) (Cedcoss Interview Experience)
Now the second round which is kind of a basic + technical round and we were having approx 400 peoples how got selected for the this round. There are four HR of cedcoss that came in my college and they were taking a interviews one by one and the students were going to the HR department of my college and the question that are there are these-
- Pickling and unpickling
- monkey patching
- pep8
- your preferred language
- c vs c++
- what are namespaces
- your strength
- are you willing to reallocate?
- where do you see yourself in next 5 years?
there was a female HR she is very polite and friendly she asked these basic questions and fortunately, I got selected for the next round.
Technical interview (Cedross Interview Experience)
So after few days two or three days my next interview got schedule and it was a pure technical interview and what is there like to we have to join a Google meeting it is a virtual into and timing that the mind do you timing was around 3:00 p.m. and I have join the meeting and he asked a question which is this-
- How to insert a node from the last Nth position in a circular linked list.
I have told him some approach how to do a that but it was not the exact solution, that he was expecting from me and I would say it is the shortest interview it is of 2 minutes he asked that question and I was not able to answer properly that’s why he said like okay thank you and I am done with you please leave the meeting.
and, I got disqualified from that round and further process.
Machine Round (Cedcoss Interview Experience)
This round I haven’t given but I have asked from my friend what is there so in that round if we got shortlisted from the last round that is a technical then we have to visit there office which is in the Lucknow only and there we have to give two exams 11 is the machine round there we have to code and second one is the interview it will going to help after the assessment
- In this machine round 3 basic array ,string and dictionary or hash map related questions
They were asked we only had to implement brute force. After that only Final interview will happen if we clear all three questions with 100% success.
Final Interview (Cedcoss Interview Experience)
I asked with one of my friend he told me only 3 student got selected for the last round and the co-founder is going to take the interview of them and the question when I ask there was these (Cedcoss Interview Experience)
- differences between a shallow and a deep copy?
- What is an abstract class in C++?
- What is the function of scope resolution operator in C++?
- What is the diamond problem?
- How is the data hiding concept achieved in C++?
At last I would say like be prepared with your resume and also the basic concept that could ask in computer science Engineering like DBMS oops SQL Data Structure also software development.
